What are Booking Upgrades?
Booking Upgrades are optional extras that your members can add to any bookable resource, for example:
Coffee & snacks
Premium package
Video recording
VIP seat
Benefits for you and your community
New upselling opportunities without extra effort
Members shape their own experience
More revenue per booking – without extra tools
Quantities and prices freely definable
Create upgrades
Go to the admin area under Manage > Monetization.
→ There you will find the Upgrades section.
Click on Create.
Enter the details:
Name (e.g. “Session Recording”)
Description (optional)
Price (net)
Tax rate
Save with Create.
Your upgrade is now created in the system.
Link upgrades with resources
Go to Manage > Bookings > Resources.
Select the resource you want to add an upgrade to.
Scroll to the Available booking upgrades section.
Click on Add upgrade and select the desired upgrade.
Optionally define:
Minimum bookable amount
Maximum bookable amount
Save with Update.
Notes
You can define multiple upgrades per resource.
Changes can be made at any time, even afterwards.
Booking with upgrade
As soon as members book the resource, they can select and add the defined upgrades.
