By default, the Bookings feature in coapp is enabled. This allows your members to book rooms, resources, or sessions through the platform. If you don’t need this functionality, you can easily turn it off. Once disabled, the Bookings menu item will no longer appear in the web or mobile app.
Note: Bookings in coapp are not limited to physical resources like rooms or cars. You can also offer bookings for meetings, trainings, or support sessions with people. When combined with coapp’s pricing and subscription system, bookings can be used to define support levels that include a specific number of sessions per plan.
How to disable Bookings
Navigate to Settings > Features in your admin panel.
You can access this via the gear icon in the sidebar of your community dashboard.Click on “Bookings”.
In the “Activate / deactivate” section, toggle off the switch for “Booking resources”.
Click “Save changes” to apply the setting.
What happens when you disable Bookings?
The Bookings menu item will no longer be visible in both the web and mobile app.
Members will not be able to book resources, rooms, or sessions.
You can re-enable the feature at any time by toggling the switch back on.
