In coapp, administrators can customize user permissions for creating and managing content.

Below is a detailed overview of which content can be created in coapp and the rights assigned to different user groups:

1. Posts

All Users:

• Can create, edit, and delete posts.

• Can comment on and react to posts.

Admins:

• Can delete all posts.

2. Events

Admins:

• Can decide whether only admins or all users are allowed to create events.

Organizers:

• Can edit their own events.

• Can add or remove other organizers.

3. Channels/Pages

Administrators:

• Can create, edit, and delete channels.

• Can decide per channel whether only admins or all users can create pages in that channel.

• If all channels are set to “Admin Only,” users cannot create pages.

Page Permissions:

Admins:

• Can view both public and hidden pages, even if they are not owners or contributors.

• Can delete pages and page contributions.

Page Owners:

• Can edit the page.

• Can set page visibility (only for owners and contributors / for everyone in the community).

• Can add or remove co-owners and page contributors.

• Can publish and delete contributions on the page.

Page Contributors:

• Can create, edit, and delete page contributions.

Users:

• Can only view, comment on, and react to published pages.

• Can follow published pages.

• Can only see, comment on, and react to contributions on published pages.

4. Market

Admins:

• Can disable the marketplace feature for all users.

Users:

• Can create, edit, and delete market items.

• Can express interest in market items, comment, and react to them.

5. Bookings

Admins:

• Can disable the booking feature for all users.

• Can create, edit, and delete bookable resources.

Users:

• Can book resources according to the configuration.

• If payment features are set up, users can only book resources included in their plan.

6. Messages

Admins and Users:

• Can send messages to other users.
