Frame your community with channels

Create channels e.g. for projects, companies, knowledge and name them exactly as you like. Show your members what your community stands for and at the same time provide a better overview and organisation.

You and your members can create an infinite number of pages within the channels. Pages are like empty templates - you decide how they are used by giving the channels the right names.

This allows you to enable valuable collaborations for your community, which contributes to more engagement among your members and makes networking even more sustainable. πŸ™Œ

Create a channel

Channels are created directly in the side menu. Click on "Add channel" and name the new channel.

Create a page

Pages are created either directly in the channel ("Create" button) or via the "+" symbol in the page header.

Pages can be private or public

Newly created pages are initially not visible to the community. The pencil icon takes you to the page settings. Visibility can be managed there. Page owners decide for themselves whether a page should be "published" or whether it should only be used by page owners and contributors.

Subscribe to pages

As soon as a page has been published, anyone in the community can "follow" the page. With every new update, all followers receive a notification and no longer miss any important information.

Updates in the feed

Updates to a published page are also automatically posted in the feed. Members who do not yet follow the page have the opportunity to discover interesting new content and react to the updates or follow the page now.

Manage pages and channels

All pages and channels can be managed in the "Manage" area. Click on "Manage" in the header and select "Channels & Pages" in the menu on the left-hand side.
