Sometimes you may need to update a member's plan. This can be done quickly through the Manage section of your community. Just follow the steps below, keeping in mind that the plan must be updated on the date you want the change to take effect.
Step 1: Access the member's profile
First, navigate to "Manage" and the community section. From there, search for the member's profile and select the member whose plan you want to change.
Step 2: Go to the member's plan
Once you have accessed the member's profile, click on the Plan tab. This will bring you to the page where you can view and manage the member's current plan.
Step 3: Update the plan
On the Plan page, click on the Update button. This will bring up a menu with three dots on the right side.
Step 4: Select the new plan
Click on the three dots and select the Change option. This will bring up a list of available plans for the member to switch to.
Step 5: Choose the new plan
Select the new plan that you want the member to switch to. Once you have selected the new plan, click on the Choose button to confirm the change.
Step 6: Reset billing cycle
Before finalizing the plan change, make sure to check the box next to reset billing cycle. This will create an invoice for the member at the specific date that you have chosen for the plan change.
Step 7: Update subscription
Finally, click on the Update Subscription button on the right side of the page to confirm the plan change and reset the billing cycle for the member.
And that's it! You have successfully changed a member's plan from this day on.
