Step-by-Step Guide
1. Open the Monetization Settings in coapp
Log in to your coapp account.
Go to "Manage".
Select "Monetization".
Go to "Payments".
Select "Stripe".
Click on the appropriate Call-to-Action (CTA) button to be redirected to Stripe.
2. Find the Relevant Customer in Stripe
Log in to your Stripe account, if you are not automatically logged in.
Navigate to your customers.
You can do this from the menu on the left side. Select "Customers" to view your customer list.
Search for the customer for whom you want to add an additional billing address.
You can find the customer using the search bar at the top by entering the name or email address.
3. Edit Customer Information
Click on the relevant customer to open their profile.
Go to the three dots in the top right corner (more options).
Select "Edit Information" from the dropdown menu.
4. Add an Additional Billing Address
Look for the "Billing email" field.
Uncheck the box next to "Same as account email".
Enter the alternative billing address.
Save the changes.
