Steps to Change Payment Method
1. Go to Profile
Your members should log in to their coapp account and click on the profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
2. Navigate to Account Settings
From the dropdown menu, they need to select Account to access their account settings.
3. Open the Billing Section
In the account settings menu on the left-hand side, they need to click on Billing. This is where they can view and manage their billing details.
4. Add or Update their Payment Method
To add a new payment method, your members need to click Add, enter the required details, and save.
To update an existing payment method, they need to select the one they want to change, edit the details, and save their changes.
5. Edit Billing Address
To update their billing address, your members should click the edit pencil icon, make the necessary changes, and save.
