How do my members manage their payment method?

If your members want to add or change their payment method, this is how they manage it themself:

Steps to Change Payment Method

1. Go to Profile

Your members should log in to their coapp account and click on the profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen.

2. Navigate to Account Settings

From the dropdown menu, they need to select Account to access their account settings.

3. Open the Billing Section

In the account settings menu on the left-hand side, they need to click on Billing. This is where they can view and manage their billing details.

4. Add or Update their Payment Method

  • To add a new payment method, your members need to click Add, enter the required details, and save.

  • To update an existing payment method, they need to select the one they want to change, edit the details, and save their changes.

5. Edit Billing Address

To update their billing address, your members should click the edit pencil icon, make the necessary changes, and save.


Things to Keep in Mind for your members

  • They need to ensure that their payment method is valid and up-to-date to avoid interruptions in their service.

  • If they're switching to a different payment type, your members should double-check the details before saving to ensure smooth transactions.
