This search is available in the top navigation for all users and is based on full-text search.
Important: The search function described here refers exclusively to the search available to all users. In the administration area under “Manage”, administrators have access to extended search results, which may include content that is invisible to regular users.
How Does the General Search Work for All Users?
The general search in Coapp operates as a full-text search, scanning specific data fields for the entered keywords. There is no filter function for search results.
Only content that is visible to the respective user appears in the search results. Hidden or private content from other members is not displayed in this search.

Key Difference Between General Search and Admin Search
The general search only displays content that is visible to the respective user.
Administrators have access to an extended search in the "Manage" section, which also includes content that is not visible to regular users.
This means that administrators can, for example, find unlisted profiles or internal content via the admin search.
Limitations of the General Search
No filtering options for search results
No search within posts
Only public or user-accessible content appears in search results
Tips for Effective Use of the General Search
Use precise keywords: The search only considers terms that exactly or closely match those in the searchable fields.
Try alternative terms: If you don't find what you're looking for right away, try different spellings or synonyms.
Use tags: Many items are tagged, making searches easier.
