All application, customer and user generated data generated by coapp Software as a Service is encrypted using "Encryption at Rest" with the industry standard AES-256 algorithm.

We use Point in Time Recovery to backup application, customer and user-generated data for the last 35 days. This means that all data states for the last 35 days can be backed up and restored. These backups are stored at our technical service provider Amazon Web Services in the EU/Frankfurt data zone. Amazon Web Services complies with the standards for data security according to ISO ISO/IEC 27001:2013.

coapp customers do not have direct access to these backups. The data will be provided by us at the request of the customers within a reasonable processing time within the rules of the EU GDPR.
