Some payment methods require additional confirmation from the user when using 3D Secure or Boleto.

To ensure that your members are informed that they need to take an additional action to make a payment, we strongly recommend that you enable the setting in Stripe to enable a Stripe-hosted link for customers to confirm their payments when needed.

You can do this directly in your Stripe account:

In the Manage payments that require confirmation section, enable the options

"Send a Stripe-hosted link for customers to confirm their payments when required."

and

"Send reminders if payment confirmation is not completed ..."
