What the integration does
Once connected, all community and/or public events created in coapp are automatically published to your WordPress site. This saves time and ensures your community always sees the latest updates. This integration is available starting from the Professional plan.
Here’s how it works:
Events in coapp → are automatically created in The Events Calendar on your WordPress site.
When the event is updated in coapp, the WordPress version will be updated with the latest coapp data.
If you delete an event in coapp or set its visibility to draft, it will also be removed from the WordPress calendar.
Recommended workflow
💡 To avoid incomplete or “empty” events appearing temporarily on your website, we recommend this approach:
Create your event in coapp and save it as a draft.
Add all details, images, and descriptions in the next step.
Once everything is complete, set the event to community or public.
The event will then automatically appear on your WordPress site via The Events Calendar integration.
Requirements
Active Professional plan or higher in coapp
WordPress website with the plugin “The Events Calendar” installed and active
(free or Pro version both supported)
