1. Adjust the price in your plan
First, update the price directly in the plan settings:
Go to Manage → Monetization → Plans.
Select the plan you want to update.
Open the plan and change the price to the desired amount.
Save your changes.
➡️ The new price will automatically apply to all new sign-ups.
Existing subscriptions remain unchanged until you update them manually (see below).
2a. Update the plan for existing members
If you’d like existing members to be charged the new price as well, follow these steps:
Go to Manage → Community → Members, search for the respective member, and open their profile.
Click on the current plan and then select Update.
Open the three-dot menu (⋯) of the current plan.
Select Change.
Choose the same plan again – the updated price will already be displayed.
Click Choose, then Update Subscription.
This will apply the new price to the selected member.

2b. Adjust an individual price (Customization)
If you’ve made custom adjustments for a member (for example, additional resources, credits, or upgrades), you can manually change the price:
Go to Manage → Community → Members, search for the respective member, and open their profile.
Click on the current plan and then select Customize.
Enter the new price manually.
Don’t forget to save your changes.
All individual settings of the subscription will remain unchanged.
Note
Existing subscriptions are not automatically updated when you change a plan’s price.
New sign-ups will automatically use the new price.
You can update prices at any time – for example, at the start of a month or quarter.
