Resetting Your Password

If you have forgotten your password or would like to change it, there are two ways to reset it: either an admin can reset it for a member, or members can reset their own password through their account settings.

As an Admin: Reset a Member's Password

Community admins can reset a member's password directly from the management area.

How to do it

  1. Open Manage.

  2. Navigate to Community → Members.

  3. Select the member whose password you want to reset.

  4. Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.

  5. Select Reset Password.

The member will receive an email containing a link to create a new password.


As a Member: Reset Your Own Password

Members can reset their password at any time through their account settings.

How to do it

  1. Click your profile picture in the top-right corner.

  2. Select Account.

  3. Scroll to the Password section.

  4. Click Reset Password.

You will be redirected to the password reset page.

Request a New Password

  1. Enter the email address associated with your account.

  2. Click Reset Password.

  3. Open the email containing the password reset link.

  4. Create a new password.

Note: If you do not receive the email, please check your spam or junk folder and make sure you entered the correct email address.
