How to Change a Plan for a User when using the “Pay for Another User” feature

When another user pays for a user's plan, plans for connected users are always created and edited via the main account’s plan.

To manage a user's plan that is paid by another account follow these steps:

  1. Access Plan Settings

    Navigate to the plan settings of the main account. Here, you can view and adjust the details of plans for connected users.

  2. Edit Main or Linked User Plans

    You can edit both the main account’s plan and the plans for linked users under “Pay for Another User”.

    1. Select the corresponding user.

    2. Click on the options to change or remove the plan.

  3. Save Changes
    Confirm the new settings by saving the changes.
