coapp supports multiple languages to help your community members use the platform in their preferred language. This article explains how users can manage their language preferences and outlines current limitations regarding language support.

Changing Your Personal Language Settings

Each user can choose their preferred language directly in their account settings. Currently, English and German are supported.

Here’s how to change your language:

  1. Click on your profile picture in the top right corner.

  2. Select “Account” from the dropdown menu.

  3. Scroll to the “Language” section.

  4. Choose English or Deutsch.

  5. The interface will update immediately.

This setting only applies to your personal experience and does not affect other members of your community.

Current Language Limitations

Please be aware of the following limitations in language support:

Mobile App

  • The coapp Mobile App (including white-label versions) is currently available only in English.

  • Changing the language in the web version does not affect the app interface.

Admin Area “Manage”

  • The “Manage” section for admins (e.g., member management, analytics, billing) is currently available only in English.

  • You can still create and manage member-facing content in any language.
