Who counts as a member and what to do if I have reached my member limit?

All members in your community count as a member against the limits of in your coapp subscription, excluding for the following user status:

  • Guest

  • Deleted

What happens if I reach my member limit?

You will be notified in your community when you approach the member limit. When you have reached the member limit it will be no longer possible for new members to sign up.

How can I add more members when I reached the limit?

If you have used all the members included in your current coapp subscription you can always upgrade to next higher coapp plan to immediately unlock a higher member quota.

Go to Manage > coapp Account > Manage Subscription to upgrade your coapp plan.
