Overview
SEPA direct debit is not activated by default.
If you would like to offer SEPA direct debit as a payment method for memberships or other member payments in your community, it must be activated by the coapp support team.
Requirements
Before SEPA can be activated:
Your Stripe account must be fully set up
Stripe must be connected to your coapp community
Payments must be enabled in your community
If Stripe is not yet connected, please set up Stripe first.
How to activate SEPA direct debit
Contact the coapp technical support team.
Provide the name and URL of your community.
Our team will activate SEPA direct debit for your community.
Once activated, SEPA direct debit will be available as a payment option for memberships, bookings and other paid features (depending on your setup).
Important notes
SEPA must be activated individually for each community.
You do not need to manually enable SEPA inside your Stripe account.
Activation is handled exclusively by the coapp support team.
