We are very sorry to see you go! If you need to cancel your coapp subscription, just follow this step-by-step guide.
Important: To manage or cancel the subscription, you must be the community's Billing Manager. If you are not, the Account page will show you who currently holds this role.
Step 1: Log in
Open your coapp domain in your browser. (Tip: You can find the link in the welcome email we sent you when you signed up.)
Log in with your credentials. (If you have forgotten your password, simply click on "Reset password".)
Step 2: Open the Admin Area Now switch to the management area of your platform:
Desktop: Click on Manage in your browser.
Mobile Browser: Click on your profile and then select Manage.
Step 3: Access Account Settings
Desktop: Select coapp Account from the menu.
Mobile Browser: Open the menu and select coapp Account.
Step 4: Manage and cancel your subscription
Click on Manage Subscription.
Here you have the option to adjust your plan and information, or to cancel your subscription with a single click.
Finally, confirm the cancellation when prompted.
Note: It is not possible to manage your account via our mobile app. Please use a desktop or mobile browser to cancel your subscription.
