Set up API

This help article explains how to get access to the coapp API.

The coapp API is available for Professional, Business and Enterprise plans as a paid add-on feature. It can be activated via our Tech Support. With the API, you can access the functions of coapp and integrate them into your own applications.

To be able to use the API, please make sure your plan includes API access. You can find an overview of our plans at coapp.io/prices.

If you already have a suitable plan, you can start setting up the API straight away. To begin the process, please contact our Tech Support via the in-app chat or by email at contact@coapp.io.

To set up your API access, our tech support needs the following information:

  • for which coapp account the API should be set up

  • which endpoints (features) should be able to be read

  • which endpoints (features) should be able to be written

As soon as we have received this information, we will set up the API access and provide documentation. Please note that the documentation is currently still provided on request and may vary depending on the respective use of the API.
